To do business with Miami Township, an entity must be registered as a Vendor with the Township.
To register as a Vendor, businesses must fill out the Vendor Information Sheet and submit completed Vendor Sheet to the Miami Township Finance Department (finance@miamitownship.com) along with a copy of the entity's W-9 tax information form.
