NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION FOR AND PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A DESIGNATED OUTDOOR REFRESHMENT AREA (DORA), AND PROPOSED ADOPTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES WITHIN THE PROPOSED DORA
The Miami Township Board of Trustees hereby gives notice that an application for a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) at the Austin Landing development has been filed by the fiscal officer of Miami Township, Montgomery County, Ohio. In accordance with ORC §4301.82(C) and §4301.82(F)(2), notice is hereby given that the Miami Township Board of Trustees will consider a resolution of adoption of the DORA and associated public health and safety measures at a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 6 p.m. at the Miami Township Government Center, 2700 Lyons Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342.
The application noted is available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk, 2700 Lyons Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342, during regular business hours.
