The Montgomery County Auditor’s Office will be conducting field inspections for mandated 2020 property revaluations in Miami Township beginning this week, June 3-7, through mid-July. Appraisers from Lexur Appraisal Services are required to physically view and, in some cases, measure certain properties to verify any changes. You can expect to see appraisers pulling up to certain properties in private vehicles. Only a select number of properties are involved:
- All personnel assigned to the project will be wearing county-issued photo identification.
- Project personnel are deputized to access driveways or private lanes and take measurements of properties.
- Work may be performed on both weekdays and weekends.
