REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISORY SERVICES
RFP Issue Date: July 18, 2022
Response Due: August 15, 2022, by 4 p.m.
Miami Township is soliciting responses from firms to provide the township with “on-call” Human Resources Advisory Services. The township has a diverse staff providing a variety of community services. It wishes to provide HR services to its employees through the use of in-house staff, general and outside counsel, and outside HR consultants. It is contemplated that the in-house staff will request, confer with, and rely on the HR consultants for advice, data, and training, as needed.
To submit a response:
- One original and four (4) copies of the firm's response must be received in the offices of Miami Township, 2700 Lyons Road, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342.
- Response must be clearly marked to the attention of Julie Hunn before 4 p.m. EST, Monday, August 15, 2022, to be eligible for consideration.
To submit a question:
- Interpretation must be directed in writing to Julie Hunn, Compliance Coordinator, at Miami Township, 2700 Lyons Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342 or via email at jhunn@miamitownship.com.
- All questions concerning this RFP shall be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022. Responses to questions posed may be posted on the township website.
