- Liaison between Board of Trustees and township staff
- Delivery of services and support to residents and businesses
- Daily office operations
- Oversight of external communication
The administrative staff is available to assist with any general questions about our services. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. We take pride in offering the public personal service. Each phone call is answered promptly by an administrative assistant and directed to the proper location.
In our efforts to be more transparent with those we serve, the Board of Trustees and administrators developed a Strategic Plan to provide analysis of accomplishments, challenges, and strategic goals.
Miami Township’s mission is to provide excellent services to our residents and businesses, with an emphasis on integrity, efficiency and fiscal responsibility, which will position the township for future growth and continued success.
