[ARCHIVED] Miami Township to hold The Plan Community Workshop

Plan workshop 2019

Miami Township is working to create a new comprehensive plan that will serve as a framework for future decisions consistent with the community’s vision for land use, services, transportation, parks and recreation, and housing among other topics. The Plan will guide township leaders in their efforts to reach its long-term goals.

Community input is an integral part of creating The Plan. Miami Township is holding a Community Workshop on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, at Cox Arboretum, 6733 N. Springboro Pike. Two sessions will be held to allow as many participants as possible to attend. Meeting times are 9 - 11 a.m., and again from 6 - 8 p.m. Each meeting will last approximately two hours. All residents, businesses, community groups and regular visitors to the township are invited to attend.

Everyone is encouraged to visit www.planmiamitownship.com to participate in any future meetings, take surveys, review plan documents, etc. To schedule an interview, please contact Jill Drury, communication coordinator, at (937) 433-9969 or email jdrury@miamitownship.com.
