The Miami Township Parks Advisory Board was announced in September 2021 to put the 130-acre park system to better use for the community. It consists of one representative from each of five districts and two at-large positions. Each appointment will serve for a four-year term.
The board provides input to the Board of Trustees about parks services, funding and assists in the implementation of community events. Members will also act as township ambassadors to encourage input from the community about the park system.
