John Morris
John Morris was elected to the Miami Township Board of Trustees in November 2017, and took office January 1, 2018, for a four-year term. He is a longtime resident of the township and has an extensive business and educational background. He is currently CEO at the Ohio Valley Construction Education Foundation, and is a master licensed electrician and certified lighting designer.
Morris holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Wright State University and master’s degrees in education, economics and entrepreneurship from the University of Delaware. He also holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati where he taught strategic leadership, marketing and economics. Morris is a recipient of the Leavey Award for Excellence in Private Enterprise Education.
